YumM! Intense huge black cherries combined with freshly harvested Oregon walnuts, combined with Oregon's Clear Creek Distillery Kirsch in a chunky, flavorful, sophisticated blend. Have on scones, with baked meats, or just straight out of the jar. Soooo good. There's no alcohol content, just the flavor. All the alcohol has been cooked off in the making.

French Prairie produces an elegant line of old-fashioned brandied fruits, preserves and conserves. All products are hand-crafted, using the finest Pacific Northwest fruits and berries available. Many include fruit brandies (eaux-de-vie) from the acclaimed Clear Creek Distillery of Portland, Oregon.
All fruits, preserves and conserves are packed in fluted glass jars imported form France, hand labeled with satin ribbons and gold embossed black labels.
Have the preserves with cream cheese on a cracker, or spoon over roast chicken for a wonderful sauce/glaze. The brandied fruits are luscious over ice cream, with cheese cake, or alone. And the brandy the fruits are packed in is delicious by itself!
There's no alcohol content in the preserves and conserves, just the flavor. All the alcohol has been cooked off in the making.
